Artist: We choose The `Notorious B.I.G.` Born Christopher George Latore Wallace as our Featured Artist for this month

It was back in March 9, 1997 that the music world was awaken by the tragic death of one of the best Hip Hop artist to grace the earth, The Notorious B.I.G. Born Christopher George Latore Wallace on May 21,1972 in (Brooklyn) Ney York City U.S. Biggie Smalls or Biggie as he was known as in the rap circles was killed in a drive by shooting at Los Angeles, California U.S aged 24.
He started rapping as a teenager and performing with fellow local groups from his hood. He began doing his solo demo tapes which were promoted by New York based Dj Mister Cee. He went to be featured on THE SOURCE’s unsigned column which had him doing a demo tape that will be heard by Uptown Records A&R and music producer Sean Combs, well known as Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, Puffy who later signed him to his lable Bad Boy Records and went on to become best friends.
His release of his debut album Ready to Die in 1994, saw him gaining much respect as one of the central figure in the east coast hip hop scene, that gave a stiff competition to the rival west coast hip hop that was enjoying domination in the mainstream. The album had top chatting singles like Juicy, Big Poppa and One more chance which he featured his wife and fellow label musician Faith Evans.
This saw him forming his protégé group Junior M.A.F.I.A which included female rapper Lim Kim (who rumors had him having a relationship with). He also stiff coastal feud with some of west coast hip hop artist one of them being his former friend Tupac Shakur who claimed that Biggie attacked him and tried to kill him and went on to release a song where he describes having sex with Faith.
He went on to release his secondstudio album Life after death in 1997. He was coming back from an after party of the Soul Train awards that he was gunned down at a red light travelling in his suv. He was hit by four bullets. He is mentioned as being one of the most influential hip hop artist of his generation. His music is an EXPERIENCE to masses that loved his lyrical content worldwide.

Events
As huge lovers and collectors of dance music, especially House Music, it was with great pleasure to EXPERIENCE the recognition of the genre at the 2015 14th Metro Fm Awards. 

South African legendary Dj Vinny Da Vinci won in the Best Compilation for his Deep House Sounds vol. 10, showing why he is rated one of the best in S.A. He first released the first series compilation of the Deep House Sounds in 1999, and kept his consistency through the year's in providing the deep house grooves, like his saying, `The Deep Is Gonna Getcha` 
 Nastee Nev walked away with the Best Dance Album Award. The Ga-Rankuwa born producer has been releasing some of the best dance floor-fillers for some time, he well deserved the recognition of his hard work 0808 Sweet Soul has been having a huge support across the country and huge airplay in some of the country's biggest radio & TV platforms, and for his winning we would like to congratulate him and wish him to continue work hard, with his famous words, 'Lets Go"
  Not usually will you find a house producer walking away with the Best New Comer category, but Chymamusique just did that. The New Kid on the block showed that with hard work and right ingredients of cooking a fresh quality album will match you up against other more popular genres. Born and raised in Limpopo, Chyamamusique has now made Gauteng his lab where he continuously keeps brewing some of the best house jams
